I'd say just note it in the description. Usually Germans know what games don't work for them, too.

Hey I have a quick question. If you have a gift that has "Can't play in Germany" as a restriction what would you put under restrictions when creating a giveaway? I see "only for Russia" "only for SE Asia" but I don't see anything for can't play in Germany.
