lol It's kinda what it comes down to sometimes. I always appreciate sensualshakti making the thread no matter what but most of the games in these types of bundles end up being hidden as I don't really care about cards just about games I actually want to play eventually. I decided today just to voice what I do as I'm sure many others do as well. :)

Yes we actually ran out of codes yesterday for the following games: "Cyber Utopia" & "Make Border Great Again!".
However we restocked them and sent the codes today (to the ones concerned).

Is any of the games worth it? Cause I see only one game has cards.

Right now, as you correctly observed, only one has cards.
There are several other games in this bundle (namely: Achievement Clicker, Operation Desert Road, Hammer 2, Solar System, Christmas Race, Make Border Great Again, Brick Breaker Ultimate, Golf 2D, Gravity Ball, Cyber Utopia, Space Way, Super Meat Shooter) who are listed on the store as having cards, but they do not drop them yet. These games have to reach the specific threshold established by Valve (a certain number of players or a certain number of hours played) so that they start dropping those cards, assuming that they have them already implemented. This can take around 4 - 6 months, maybe less, maybe more, depending on how actively the games are played.
If you're into increasing your library and you don't own most of the games, I think that $0.73 for 23 games is a pretty good price. But it's quantity over quality.
If you like getting achievements, you'll find a few easy games in that list that can be finished very easily (Hidden Object - Sweet Home takes around 15 minutes, for example).

The developer (RewindApp) told us that they're waiting for Steam to implement trading cards in all of their games. However there's no garante that the games will include trading cards.

To put it simple: if game is hellishly bad then it may get trading cards only when hell freezes over or imps find a loophole.
And this bundle might be one of the loopholes.

It takes that to get through the content but the achievements then require you to leave the game running for an hour.
