I got a Beta code but its region blocked where I live, so I guess I'll just put it here. I got it on Gamespot.

Step 2: For new accounts: Create your account information and submit. For existing accounts: Login to your account.
Step 3: Enter your key here: https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey
Step 4: Download the game client here: http://nw.perfectworld.com/download
Step 5: Install, play, enjoy!
