I have read on reddit that sometimes cookies can trouble purchases. I rarely have problems with buying from nuuvem and when i have them i ask for help from someone on south america to buy the games for me.

I wanted to buy the Evil Within on nuuvem, with VPN, but after the paypal login it said, im in the wrong region. I googled the problem, and find out that nuuvem now check the paypal and shit. Later I tried again with sadness in my little heart, and it worked, i've got the key, and i could activate it, everything is fine, the game is running.
So how is this working? Why could I buy that game? Or just only luck, and this paypal checking stuff wasnt 100% at that moment?
