Whats with the achievements thing?

Look under my profile and it says I have been registered for 1 year, and there is a icon thing under my picture.

Was this a new update????

I have searched already in the forum for an answer to this
And i have the SteamGifts PLUS activated for FireFucks

It's a feature in the SteamGifts Plus Addon by Kaitlyn, you can only view it with the addon.
It's just there, doesn't really serve a purpose.
