I say ARK if you have friends to play with. Portal Knights looks awesome though!

From everything I've heard, Subnautica is one of the best. Portal Knights is highly recommended, too.

I would suggest you Portal Knights, if it wouldn't look like Minecraft. xD Maybe you should check out Windscape instead, otherwise none of them. xD

Portal knights has a PS4 demo, it's basically minecraft with better looking characters and overall art design.
But it also has class-locked items
