You should be able to, I added money from Paypal to steam and I entered no information you might have to confirm your paypal account not sure how they are doing that these days.

So, i got some money on my Paypal and decided to add it to my Steam Wallet.
The problem is, i need bank info to retire my money on Paypal, and i want to just retire my money from there without doing so. Is there a way to do this without bank info?
Also, when i went to the ''add money to your wallet'' page, it seems they need my credit card, and i don't have one. Can't i just add money to my wallet without the credit card crap?
Edit: Oh, figured how to retire the money. Paypal sure is complicated to use.
Second edit: Figured how to add the money to my wallet, thanks for the help. And guess i will close the thread sinces there's no use for it now.
