Bug?? Sniper Ghost Warrior

Just so you know, Sniper giveaways keep appearing for me even when I have the gold edition in my library. Didn't want to open a ticket to report a bug, cheers.

Gold contains DLC which does not show up in your library, therefore it's impossible for SteamGifts to know whether you have it or not. DLC for most games doesn't show up, so you'll find this happens a lot.

Use SteamGifts Plus and filter it out yourself.
