I have two winners who refuse to mark the game as received... After having accepted it (one was a gift, the other a key, and he has already played 11h+). I already made a ticket for the first, who erased all the messages I posted on his Steam profile, but it was a week ago and still no reaction from the staff... So I made a second ticket, and still no reaction.
What could I do?

PS: The issue is that the first game is a DLC, so I can't even attest he activated it.

Support are all volunteers, and they're swamped with reports. Be patient, it may take a while to get to it, but they will get it resolved.

What category did you put these tickets in? I don't see anything, which means it's probably in a moderator-only category.

Not sure that's a good idea. Since you've sent the codes and he's activated them a reroll (which is just choosing another winner) will put you in the position of sending used codes to a new winner, who will promptly give you "Not Received" notices for these games, since they won't be able to activate them.
I'm not even sure admins will do a reroll when the codes are already sent, I think that's strictly a before-code-is-sent action.

For the first, I was still able to cancel the gift (I don't know why), so I still have it.
The second answered me, and seemed honest, saying he already has the DLC (which is quite cheap, if necessary)...

But you said he activated the game, and played 11+ hrs?

When you say cancel, do you mean that you got admins to cancel the GA, or did you just press the "Sent Code" link again so it says "Unsent" again?

He contacted me at last, saying he already had the game: the 11h+ played were played before.
I cancelled the gift by Steam, so it is in my inventory ;)

Nope, they'll most definitely do a re-roll, even if the code has already been sent. Been there, done that, but I knew the code hadn't been seen because the account hadn't logged into the site since the day they entered the GA.

If he never logged in, he couldn't have seen the key on his account. My guess is that the key was already a duplicate before that. I've received several keys from bundle sites that were duplicates.

Contact support after a week ...

As for the DLC part , here is a quick way to prove someone owns a dlc .

Add him as friend ( hopefully he accepts it ) go to the DLC page , and it will show who of your friends own the dlc ...
I asume a screenshot of that will be enough to convince support that he actually got it ,

I deleted the others, reroll tickets seem to be more quickly to be resolved ;)
