i know there are some good ones (they dont have to be adult either), it's totally not my genre so it's hard to say much without experience (well i've played that free russian one for a bit)
i just know some people in general & personally really want 'stories' in their games, while i want mechanics since a game is about playing
one good thing about them is there are branching plots, most other games seem to lack that
