I generally like good games, doesn't matter the theme. I'm currently playing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 and like good VNs though. :D

Hmm, that's a tough question.
I should begin by mentioning that I generally hate RPGs, especially turn-based RPGs. Not because they are bad, but because I'm bad at them. With that out of the way, I haven't played it much yet, but if I were to give the game a rating, it's... really good. And coming from someone who usually dislikes turn-based RPGs, I'd say that this is quite the compliment, really.
The game is grind-friendly, so if I can't beat a boss, I can just grind a dungeon until I'm strong enough to take on tougher enemies. Still, I always think that turn-based RPG games are too hard, and the same applies to Hyperdimension Neptunia. I get that RPGs are supposed to be challenging, but having to do 2-3 boss battles consecutively without regenerating your health/MP annoys me a lot.
The only real negative point of the game is the crappy and choppy framerate. I can usually get between 15-30 in a dungeon, but it's just jumping up and down constantly for no reason. Apparently, this doesn't happen to everyone, but it's pretty common. There are "fixes" online, but nothing worked for me and I still have to deal with dungeon raiding at 15 FPS. :(
As for the story/characters, it's fucking amazing. I love the humor of the game (especially Nep-Nep's) and every character has full voice acting (both Japanese and English). The characters are fun, the story and setting is fun.
TL;DR:
Is it good?
Yes. It's a good game.
Should I buy it?
Yes. Because 80% off is probably the lowest you'll get unless the games get bundled (which is unlikely at this time).

The wall of text is actually good in this case. You sure gave new insights but I didn't hear about the 15-30FPS thing, that would be quiet annoying. I'll dig and check some more before I actually buy it.

No problem! And about the framerate issue, it's not that bad really, since it's a turn-based RPG it doesn't affect the gameplay that much. It's more of a graphics thing, can be annoying to look at if you're used to high framerate.

Well, I've seen some probable fixes.
I bought the first one for now, but I'll hold off the others, since I keep hearing that they're just very repetitive.
