I somewhat doubt that anyone with a steady supply of cheap keys would simply share the source.

By "cheap" I mean lower than market value, I'm sure lots of people could link you to someone they overpay to.

Pretty sure that there isn't the same $5 minimum Steam Wallet payment required for Russians to set up a TF2 idling account though, meaning that large scale farming takes place, with non-Steam Community market key sales (ie via Webmoney) being the easiest way to get "real world" money out of the system...

Same. There's only one way how you can upload money on account without following 5$ minimum - Qiwi. This payment system allows you to upload money without minimum limitation directly from Qiwi website on any Steam Account (probably Russian account only, coz of currency). Unfortunately, I can't check it, my bank is not having a partnership with Qiwi for buying Qiwi's currency directly from bank account, but I heared it really works.

Interesting. I'd never heard of Qiwi before, and I'm a Kiwi myself... Thanks for educating me :D

Lowest I've seen is around $1.75 at sourceop, but you have to pay by paypal.
