he doesn't want to see you, it's obviously. Just reroll him :-)

Either sent the gift via email or,if you wan't to give it personally, sent him an email telling him that he has to accept you cause you will only deliver it personally. If he still doesnt accept you then you can ask for a reroll.
Edit: He has 7 days time to accept you then.

Maybe he's a newbie and was suspicious about being added by someone he doesn't know ? He could have entered giveaways without understanding how the site worked ? Anyway you should tell him : "Ganastes mi giveaway, por favor accepta mi propuesta en steam para que yo pueda enviarte la llave del juego que ganastes."
It means " accept my friend request or I will come and Paëlla the crap out of you".

that was a joke. actually it means he has to accept the friend request on steam so that you can send him the key he won.

Really ? well there is not only Spain and Mexico where people speak spanish, you know ?
edit : for Spain : "Ganasteis mi giveaway, por favor accepta mi propuesta en steam para que yo pueda enviarte la llave del juego que ganasteis. Olé !"

really? well, paella is only famous in spain, so you did the same, you know?. Nobody in spain would use "Ganasteis" "giveaway" "accepta" "propuesta" "llave", but the tenses you're using are typical from México, so that's why i said it.
edit: being rude doesn't win arguments on the internet, sir.

You were a bit rude when making assumptions about my language being supposedly typical from Mexico (also, the "Taco" part) while a majority of Latin America speaks in a way that sound a bit like the way I did. What does "llave" means to you if not "key" ?
And I did not intend to offend you, nor do I know where there is an argument to win here.
I'm sincerely curious to know how you would have written this sentence ?

"llave" is what we use to open doors, when we are talking about "CD Keys" we say "codigo" or "clave".
"Ganaste (singular) mi sorteo, por favor acepta (one "c") mi invitación/petición de amistad para que te pueda enviar la clave/ el código del juego que ganaste"

Thank you, I'm glad I've learnt this. So, no hard feelings ? Really didn't want to seem rude.
edit : it's really easy to start fires/arguments on the internet due to relying solely on writing and misunderstandings but that's not why I'm here, I really prefer to have a good time

Maybe the question has deeper philosophical meaning.
