What is this Christmas you're talking about?

You know why people giveaway these cheap games like Spacechem? Or why you only see Alpha Protocol and Metro 2033 after a 2$ sale?

That's right! Because they're cheap! So unless you can give us a source from where to buy "morrowind oblivion fallout 3 , and mass effect 1" at around the same price, this won't happen.

Anyway I'm sure that when the Christmas sale starts we will see more varied giveaways. People tend to also be more generous in that time.

How about we at least wait for Thanksgiving or an equivalent holiday elsewhere to be done before we begin discussing Xmas, k?

Yes, i've also stopped buying games (unless it's a $5 daily deal of a game i really wanted) until the Christmas sale. This is my first actual year using Steam (bought my first game back in feb 2009, then stopped till aug 2011), so i can't wait to see these insane sales i've been hearing about. Maybe they'll have a good sale for halloween as well?

As to the giving away of Bethesda games, Hell yes i approve!!!!!!! I have yet to buy Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout New Vegas, or Oblvion on Steam yet (though i've played Fallout 3 and Oblvion for hundreds of hours on consoles).

After i'm done giving game gifts to family/friends/myself, i'll use my left over money to buy a few games to give out here. I usually don't give anything away, but i love Steam, this website, and all of you!!!! LOL that last one was creepy.

Surely everyone can put up newer and/awarded games when they will be buying it for themselves.
