One silly scammer

One man think that he is very smart. He create giveaways for himself and win they. This is wrong. Look at "Valve Compleete Pack" giveaweys and at nicknames of creator and winner.

He doesn't know how to report someone, wouldn't expect less from him :D

Top of the site; support --> right top: submit a question --> post the link to his profile and a short description. Just fill in the form and submit :)

No, you don't report a user like that. You report a user by going to their profile and clicking "Report User"

Hi, there is a report user button on the page you have linked to, next to Ignore User. As for this thread, it can be considered calling out users, which is unfortunately against our rules, so I would advise you to close this thread, and report them via the button I have mentioned instead.
