Steam Chinese New Year Sale!

I have some alienware coupons for Trine 3 and Trinology but apparently they're not stackable with the discounts. Wasn't that the case with Talos Principle coupons during the winter sale?

Actually it happened to a few titles.

On last sale, square enix changed a lot of prices, during the sale, right after its humble bundle...

Even though it doesn't feature flash sales and so on, publishers can still apply/remove/change sales if they desire, it seems.

I couldn't buy anything last sale when Tomb Raider was -80%. Now it's -75%. I wonder why they do this. For me it's just logical that, if a game hits a sale price, every sale it should go down to that price, and some time later even lower. Not the contrary.

On the front page it's shows GTA V - 15.06 Euro ,down from 22,48,and when I click on the offer it's shows me - 40,19..
