Well, first of all, congrats on your sister's birthday! May she have more birthdays! Lots of them in the future! :D
Ummm... I don't know much about gifts (especially to girls), but I want you to have something else!
It's pretty simple, and everybody can pull it right if you follow a guide like this! :)
1) We create our giveaway, like always! (Create New Giveaway, Search for game, select Gift or Key (In case of Key, put the Key code in the box, select the day it starts and the day it ends and seelect the Region Restrictions)
2) Select "Invite Only" on "Who can enter" for EVERY game that is going to be included in the train (If everybody sees your games as a train if it's public, then it's not a train! ;) )
3) You can add in your description whatever you want, depending on the theme of your giveaway! Then you can add this:
[Next--->]()
Inside the parenthesis, you add the link of the next SG giveaway you want to show to everybody! Let me give you an example! :)
It's an already ended giveaway of mine, but you can see by hovering in the blue text the link of the giveaway! :)
4) If you'd prefer it, you can create a giveaway and add the link of the giveaway to the giveaway you made before! (To be more clear, let's say your first game is Fallout 4, right? Then you create a giveaway for Enter the Gungeon, and you put the link in Fallout 4, so they connect to each other!
5) Keep doing the 4th step until you run out of games, then you can add a "Bump" link, redirecting it to the thread for people to bump! All you have to do is to add the thread link like this:
[BUMP!]()
Again, you add the link of the thread inside the parenthesis! Simple! :D
6) (Optional!) If you'd prefer to add a "<---Back" button for people to go back if they accidentally pressed Next (Which they can do easily by using their browser, lol! But hey! FANCY!), just do the same as I told you, but backwards! (Enter the Gungeon to Fallout 4, in this case! :) )
And that's about it! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me! :)
I hope I could have helped you! :)

Happy early birthday to both of you! I am not too competent in anime but you can never go wrong with some Myazaki movie masterpieces. Wonderful characters, art, story and music.

"-Likes anything Gothic"
Is it bad if I instantly thought of something like this?

If anyone doesn't get it that's a doll of Monokuma from the Danganronpa games/anime. Quite a dark anime.
Seems like you can get one off amazon.

Or maybe one of these :P

Does your sister like video games at all? If so, there are some that I could suggest with the topics you listed.:)
Unfortunately, I can't offer you much advice with regards to your train, as I have not created one yet either.:) I'm looking forward to seeing what your train looks like. I'm sure it will be a great one.:)

Is your sister into painting? Maybe you could get her a few animals theme shirts (e.g pugs, kittens) that she can always wear when she is painting.
If not maybe a wacom tablet with a custom decal?

If you want to think outside of the box, or gift box, give to her an experience, not an item.
Does the likes to dance, or doesn't know how to dance? Take her to a dancing class.
If dancing isn't her thing, think about anything that she would like to learn/do but never had the time, or opportunity be it painting, sculpting, cooking. Go with her and try to learn it with her. I know that maybe 100 isn't enough for some of those, but you can talk to her husband and explain your idea, he will probably help you with the cost and cover the amount you don't have.
You already lost your mother, so those peculiar small moments are some of the things that we always remember from our loved ones. You probably doesn't remember all the gifts your mother gave you, but you can remember all the times she did something that showed how she cared about you.

I realy think you should give her another pet, you could give her anything material, but there is nothing better than geting a new pet, I know she has a few cats, but I think that she would love to get a Hamster, they are so lovely and cute, she will love them ^^

For all the folks of SG that like to win games. In the month of July I will be doing my first ever train....
Too be honest. I am new at making such things. Would love to ask for tips on how to create some.
Also... On the 30th it happens to be my Twin Sister's birthday as well...Stumped on trying to figure out what to get her though.
This is what my Twin sis is like....
-Loves Animals
-Talented Artist
-Likes anything Gothic or Sailor Moon stuff. Fruit Basket even!
Last year on our 25th Bday I got her an Artists stand with painters canvas with water colors/Oil paints but this time I like to get her something different. I thought of getting her the whole season of the Classic Sailor Moon series (American/Jap Version), A Nightmare before Christmas Shirt of Jack Skellington. But tell me your suggestions below.
