[SUGGESTION] Adding a "Save Successful" message

Hello everyone and sorry for my english. xD

So my suggestion is to be added something like "Save Successful" or something like that, when we save something.

For example: I change my email address and i press "Save Changes", after that i don't see any messages for successfully saved changes.

If someone can explain it better, let's do it. I will edit the topic.

So...you want a confirmation message that your changes have been saved?
You can just reload and check :)

But why I need to reload every time, after i made a change?
