Probably because you opened this thread. It's never a good idea to make such a big deal out of it. Some people just blacklist for the sake of blacklisting. Others blacklist if you've won to give others a better chance. Just forget about it and move on. It won't impact you at all (well, except for all the blacklists you will get from this thread).

Can't really say anything about author. Don't know him personally. But the book is invaluable. Reading only table of contents will lead you to tremendous profitz. Schemes on cardz are the cherry on top

Polarity giveaways, maybe? Since it was being given away for free if you had some games, somebody giving away a large amount of those might trigger suspicions. At least that's the only guess that I can think of right now.
