It's not, it's just codename and they can't use flatout because flatout franchise is property of their previous publisher.

It will be basically REAL Flatout 3 but with different name because they sold their flatout license to another company = disaster named Flatout 3

Sorry if that's the case. Can't really tell who was first, i thought i checked the forums before posting but i can't recall for sure as i was in joy of hearing about NCG being on Greenlight. ;)
