No but I might consider changing it.

PixelVision2. No need for anything else.

I checked for skins some times but I would always stick with PixelVision (2 now). It's neat and clean and enhances the default skin on about all points without changing the UI disposal. Others are overly complex or plain ugly or try to changes thing too much.

That one does look pretty good. It gives it a nice fresh look without actually changing the layout too much (from what I've seen at least). I might just try it.

Only thing I don't like about Metro is how the game background doesn't show very much.

I use metro for steam but I don't really suggest it. It's the best looking for my opinion but sometimes, actually most of the times, texts in settings are messed up because of it.

I can not stand the default one. I use an old version of Metro because I dont like the newest one.

Same.. There is always something I dislike about every skin I try, Even when I try to fix it by editing it, it always ends up more difficult than you realize it to be..

I like the Pressure skin, but only the black variation. When he updated to version 2, he made it all white and it's horrible.

I didn't even know that was a thing. I personally don't really have a problem with the default skin (except maybe that some of the menu items are in illogical places (for example you'd expect "Groups" to be under "Community"), but I'm not even sure if skins can change that).

Where's the "No because i don't care." option? I don't find the original to be the "best" but I don't care enough to change it.

Wow, I didn't know this was even a thing...

I tried a few of the ones mentioned here and Metro is my personal favorite, followed by PixelVision2. Purely based on which overlay I prefer ingame.

Used Metro and Air for a long time, but since I'm using big picture for most of the time (Steam Link), i don't care anymore.

I have used Metro and Air. When compared to default skin, I always felt they were lacking. for eg: downloads page was all messed up. No graph and achievements bar in game info always bugged me. So I always returned back to default UI.
Now I'm gonna try PixelVision 2 (after reading the 1st comment)
