How's your experience with the SG support so far??
Voted B. The amount of support users had been too low for a really long time, but thankfully recently a few more users have been promoted to this function and now I don't have any slightest objections to support's work. I didn't vote A only because of their worrisome reaction to my friend's case he told me about (it's not about you)

I had helped moderate a ps3 forum for a few years and it was a shit show every single day. I thought it would be fun at first, but once I jumped onto the position I quickly learned otherwise.
It was fun at times, but you definitely need thick skin and a lot of patience. I can certainly empathize and sympathize with support staff not just here, but countless other forums. They do jobs that nobody else wants to do!

Yeah i do agree, there was a time when i was like a child and i worked as a customer care executive, and i literally boomed out the way consumers actually responded, and in my country, people don't have that much of patience if things go south. And during that 1 year period, i learned a lot of things there, including PPAP

Best support ever IMHO! Fast, fair and extremely friendly. I never experienced any issues while contacting moderators myself or while resolving any issues with my own GA'a.

Sorry for my bad english,Premised that is very HARD for Community\Websites\Mods\Supports to satisfied me , and in my country italy i make 2 famous websites CLOSE with law process fight about it and a third website that can't close with law because is in another country i make it be closed with hack group attack...,not only this i denunce Microsoft\Sony and Nintendo and i do law process about it and i win it too, so i'm not the "best guy" to deal with when is about community\websites , in my country i make also 1 shop (gamestop) be closed for they fraud me 10 games in a sale and i win in law.
BTW i must to say i'm very Happy and Satisfed by the support of SG , they was very Honest and Good with me.
i contact them many time,also for problem very hard to fix,but they fix it very FAST,and another time i have 1 problem with someone in this website that is very rude and maleducate with me and they help\explain me how to deal better with him in this community then i never had other problems about this.
One thing that i like about SG support is that they LISTEN people,instead of other community that when you need help you receive personal attack offensive words or scam,here instead mods really listen people and then after help,i think this is the most important thing the fact that they read and listen the members and help when they can.
So for now my experience with this website is totally happy.
i'm very proud and honored that i give away my videogames in this community,because i contact and check the people that win it and i see that they is really people poor that need that game (especially witcher 3) so i'm really happy to think that someone can't buy that game can play it thank to sg and my giveaway on sg.
For sure is better than give it away on twitter or my youtube where there is people that maybe get it for sell it or other bad things.
Top of that i must to say i use also SteamTrades,i never need support in that website but i'm very happy about it too because i do 12 Trades and all them is go OK never 1 problem.
The only thing i don't like about this community is the fact that i see some people open thread ask "Privacy Question" for example they ask if you have a sick something or like that,i think this is NOT GOOD,because this is a community about giveaway games is not a community about FARMING PRIVACY of people,also another think i think is wrong is allow people do LINK to external network "Puzzles" or things like this in third party websites,i think this is not "secure" and not must be approved from this community ,would be better if the admin or who manage this community create new rules for stop this,but btw is up to them decide what to do they for sure know it better than me.

So far my experience is pretty good. Reports get adressed eventually, rerolls happen fast, when I talk shit Khalaq appears to make me rethink, and they don't really tolerate people on the forums who only use it to self-promote shamelessly. So far 9/10. Dragon is too smol.

Despite some minor differences of opinion I've had with them in the past, I feel they're doing an excellent job on the site
Let's keep in mind, too -- they're volunteering to put up with a lot (including things like this thread).
In my opinion, you need to give this a rest and let it go. You're not going to get the results you want.

My experience with the support here has been very positive. Sometimes there is a large backlog of tickets and it can take a little while to get resolved, but I know the staff work really hard and it does get resolved eventually. To my eyes the staff are respectful, fair and dedicated and I appreciate all they do for the site.

It's been very good. I don't really bother support unless it's really really necessary. Had two tickets(a re-roll and a request to delete a region restricted GA) that were resolved quite fast.

i have 4 solutions for you
if you dislike support and sg so much, why do you keep using sg? you WON'T EVER CHANGE how support works, nor they will make an exception for you.
if you keep doing these pasive-aggressive/revolution/rebel threads, you will end up suspended, suspended, suspended, and suspended, till you are banned (protip: you won't be a martyr, just a fool that spammed nonstop).

I think all support members are great, especially those that are single and attractive and their name starts with x and ends with something else, not many of those but I heard they're pretty amazing in bed and not to mention romantic.

My experience: Mixed
Actually I had to discuss that law-breaks getting removed, but if you break the SG rules you get suspended instantly. On the other side tickets for rerolls, deletions or other changes were handled pretty fast. Sometimes it depends on the moderator too. Supported the site as a patreon, but at the moment I stopped this because of the issue I`ve written first. So the moderation, especially in the discussions, should be improved. The support itself for the main part (giveaways) is very decent.

I didn't have any contact with the support for now, but I think it will change during the week. I won a GA and I'm still waiting for the giver to send me the key. The fun part is that the GA description asks for the winner to activate the key as soon as possible...

There are times when we see in most of the community that support systems sometimes behave more than our expectations, and sometimes it behaves very very poor.
How's your experience with the SG support so far? Is it good, bad, best, worse, neutral? how's it?
