Uninstalled Chrome. bye bye mouse sttuter...

i have had this problem for a while even tried a brand new mouse since mine was a bit old like 9 years old. dont judge me its just too comfortable mouse and i never felt it was old nvm. Then it hit me, it was mostly happening when i was using chrome. I uninstalled it and no more mouse sttuter anymore. happy ending yay! btw specs of my pc: i54690k, 16gbram, amd r9 280x win10-64 bit. i dunno maybe it was because of my gpu doesnt get along with chrome.
