Borderlands 2 GOTY edition announced.

wait, wasnt this announced like a month ago? And that it does not even has all the dlc?

first thing i won on this site was the borderlands 2 season pass...right after i bought bl2 for 30 bucks (good deal for the hours)

sadly i did not get the gift...i blame all steamgift users equally for not forming a mob and burning his house down (including myself...i wasted 20 bucks on a pitchfork though)

in all seriousness though bl2 for 10-15 bucks is a great deal if you ever see it

Yeah, I have been waiting for that since the game was announced. I wasn't going to go through the same crap I did with BL1.

Since the GOTY edition STILL does not have all DLC I'll still have to wait until the whole thing goes on sale.

About time! Though I'm kinda glad they took this long because all the DLC up till now is being included. Assault on Dragon Keep is one of the best DLC I've ever seen so I'm happy to see that packaged in there.

Pre ordered the game, bought dlc packs piece meal. Still missing Tiny tina :<

I can't say I got it myself, having won it from the lovely Corinne (♥). That being said, the game is absolutely fabulous and totally worth the current sale price.

Always worth the wait to not buy something at full price.

I'm glad I waited. I was going to buy the GOTY edition anyway, as for now the game had too much useless or overpriced DLC.
I prefer to pay for a complete game than in parts and pieces.

I look forward to the Borderlands 2: Badass GOTY Edition next year, which will include both Seasons worth of DLC.

If Skyrim is any indication, GotY will be 60$ for a year :|

Well I got my copy of Borderlands 2 to for free, have failed to buy any of the dlc's though figure i'll do that one day eventually or maybe not. but the GOTY is probably the best way to go for people that have waited it seems like a good game I have yet to complete it. But from what I have played so far it is fun.

I generally hate dlc's coz I feel like I have incomplete game without them...atm regular price of all dlc's is like 100euro +30euro for base...I know it's a great game, but for me it's overkill, honestly even -75% is still pretty much. I'd really like to play this game but I will wait until it gets more affordable price.

Here more info, coming october 8th, will be 60 dollars, no goty upgrade for now

It's still incomplete though with more dlc yet to come, so I'm gonna wait, until ALL dlc is released, then get the complete experience at 75% off :P even if that means waiting yet another year

Picked it up for cheap enough in Summer Sale with Season Pass, just got to pick up the Mechro + Psycho packs and whatever else isn't included in the Season Pass (except the skin packs...) next time it goes on a decent sale.
