I missed the Summer Sale because I was out on a trip in a location without internet.

Thank you and take care. It can actually be a very nice change living without internet. I did it for six months a while back, to try and save some money to pay down college debts. Plus, after six months, a person is considered a new customer with the cable company, so I could get the promotional pricing again.

If you make sure to download and update a lot of Steam games, you can still play them in offline mode. Plus, there's always console games, plus lots of books and movies. I did miss having information always at hand, but you get over it. And good luck on your driving test. There's really nothing like the freedom that having your license offers.
