Darksiders franchise pack, can I gift some of it?

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy that Darksiders franchise pack, but I don't want Darksiders 1. Could I buy the pack and gift Darksiders 1 to someone else? Or does it automatically go into my library?

Pretty sure you can't split the pack, only few games allow to do that

It goes to your library, it would even if you already had that game.

The pack can go into inventory, but not the individual parts of the game. Only a handful of packs will give you a gift of the duplicated game. I don't think Darksiders is one of them.

That's the thing that annoys me the most with the steam store, not being able to obtain giftable copies of games you already own when sold in packs. :/
