You could try a different VPN , or ask for a refund.

there are sites that might by the gift cards some will buy them direct others act as a sort of middle man to sell them

though i am not sure where you are from but you should be able to Google for a site available in your area

other then that the only thing i can think of is to trade them or sell them locally

and as far as a refund you can try but it will be a long shot as they generally will not refund them

You should contact Origin Support. You can probably get your account banned for use a VPN :o

If you can't get Origin Support to help you, I suppose you could always try reselling them at a loss to someone in the US. At least then you'll recoup some of your expenses. It sucks, but its better than nothing. Gift cards aren't something that you can normally return, so you don't have a lot of options.

Either contact support, or resell them.
