All of the games you mentioned up there except Bloodbath Kavkaz and Eets were given away for free, so they are practically worth nothing. There is absolutely no way anybody will trade them for one of the games you want.

As pointed above, it's worth nothing.
Unless you use something like my ASF, load bot with those keys, and get cards off it, but still it'll be worth very little

1 key = 19 ref (see scrap.tf, for instance)
1 ref = 3 rec
1 rec = 3 scrap
so yeah, a ref is worth a little bit. a scrap is worth almost nothing.

Even though it is possible to get L4D2 and KF fairly cheap, your list in its entirety covers maybe half of either of those games…
Either aim a lot lower if you want to get into trading, or if you just these specific games, then farm off the cards from your keys, sell them on the market, and wait for a sale. But hardly any trader will take those things for the things you want now.
Frankly, you'd be better off to find a high-rep trader who accepts money and negotiate, or just risk to buy a key on the grey market, if you don't want to wait for sales.
