Yep definitely buy the both.

If you like RPGs then definitely the witcher + expansions.

Flip a coin. Heads = fallout, tails = Witcher.

If it lands on it's edge, get both without DLC, pick up DLC during next sale instead.

Fallout 4 isn't really that good, like the previous Fallout games. And the season pass is worthless, because all the dlcs suck except Far Harbor (till now). The Witcher 3, on the other hand, is a magnificent game and its dlcs are a must! Buy The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and its expansion pass. It's an easy decision, trust me.

get Witcher and DLCs if you can afford them. Witcher 3 features the most complex awesome world I've ever seen in Video Game. Fallout 4 is good, but mostly runs on nostalgia, if it was called "Postnucleare Wasteland Game" and was developed by different people it would be considered not bad but noone would call it the best game of the year or give it any awards.

The games. DLCs can wait, specially the F4 season pass.

Do you want an open-world shooter/looter? Then FO4.
Do you want an open-world cRPG with high focus on combat? Then Witcher.

Fallouts suck compared to Witcher franchise if you ask me. In too many ways to count. Then again it's just my opinion. I only loved the old fallouts. As soon as they became shooters and lost most of the rpg features, they fell incredibly in my eyes. The last good one was definitely Vegas even if it had already lost some of those rpg elements present in the first tactical games.

Wait an other year for fallout, mods still need to fix the fucking stupid dialogue system... Also, you'll get way more hours out of the withcher with expansions
