I am going to kind of analyse the DLCs for people who have no idea what DLC to pick, so it might help them.

1. Spark of Madness:
   Killer - The Doctor - Mediocre killer, can be quite frustrating to play against, but his power is not that strong. Comes with 3 perks - Overcharge, Monitor & Abuse, Overwhelming presence. Only good perk that sees play in higher ranks is Monitor & Abuse.
   Survivor - Feng Min. Perks: Lithe, Technician, Alert. The best perk here is Lithe, but there are better exhaustion perks like Dead Hard or Sprint Burst which come from free characters

2. Shattered Bloodline:
   Killer - The Spirit - one of the strongest, if not the strongest killer currently in the game. It is a pain to play against her and is quite easy to learn. Comes with perks: Hex: Haunted Grounds, Spirit Fury, Rancor. These are okay perks, not meta, but you can play them in some builds and with some specific killers.
   Survivor - Adam Francis - Autodidact, Deliverence, Diversion. These are pretty underrated perks in my opinion. I like all of these perks and personaly use Deliverence a lot. Diversion is awesome funny meme perk.

3. Darkness Among Us:
   Killer - The Legion - This killer is considered to be one of the weakest killers in the game and you will most possibly fail miserably against good survivors. Perks: Discordance, Mad Grip, Iron Maiden. Best perk of theirs is Discordence and it is a versatile perk you can use with any killer and benefit from it. MAd Grip is more of a situational perk and good for a specific build only, usually basement build. Iron Maiden is great perk for The Huntress and The Trickster as they reload their power in lockers.
   Survivor - Jeff Johanson (my male main survivor) - Breakdown, Aftercare, Distortion. None of them is played and I've seen no one use any of these perks.

4. Demise of the Faithful:
   Killer - The Plague - Pretty great killer, second best from all of the given away here. She comes with one of the best killer perks in the game: Corrupt Intervention, Infectious Fright, Dark Devotion. Corrupt Intervention and Infectious Fright are one of the best killer perks in the game and kind of a must have. Dark Devotion is a niche perk that does not really see play, maybe in some experimental builds.
   Survivor - Jane Romero - Poised, Head on, Solidarity. Head on sees play in some killer bully and meme builds. It is a fun perk, but still not the best. The rest of the perks are just meh.

Personal Recommendation -
If you want to have one of the strongest killers in the game, go for Shattered Bloodline
If you want some great perks because you like playing a variety of killers, take Demise of the Faithful

When I first checked they were out for today, but i checked a few minutes ago and they still had keys. And lowered the level limit from 5 to 2.
So maybe there will be something a bit later. Or you may claim a different DLC tomorrow.

When I got the notification it was lvl5+, but when I opened the link it was lvl2+...so I don't really know anymore.

How'd you get 2 DLCs? It says you can only grab one

If you're from the EU than with daily logins and quests (like change your profile pic, or border, or something like that). And with getting upvotes. (daily quests give 5 points, login gives a different amount each day, you can check it in the daily login calendar)
I don't know, how it works in the US but they definitely have daily login and some sort of weekly quest.
(When you don't know how to beat a quest, just check out the forums)

Well I think they will refill the keys every day at the same time. If I remember correctly the first batch started at 6 pm gmt+2.

Well there is always a chance but I think they ran out. But if they will refill it they may do it the same time the next batch of dlc is available and thats probably around 6 pm gmt+2 but I'm not 100% certain about that.

I think the problem is the Dead by Daylight devs. everytime they have done a giveaway related to this game, it has always been region-locked (not this time tho)

I could access the Dead by Daylight giveaway from Europe without any VPN. I just had to go to the na.alienware link of the giveaway and could claim a key without problems.
