I know the deal was suspicious, took a leap of faith in case he value his reputation more than $5, but oh well--
I'm trying to find him here to report him as well, but it seems the find function cannot be used to find user?
So I figure I'll post here first before sending tickets as it was written in the guidelines to not sending a scam report through support ticket ^^;

I have sent a report in the steamrep:
http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198059596009-dcf.34038/

I'd be glad if the scammer is banned from steamgifts as well, as he brings harm to community and personally I don't think he's qualified to get a chance for free games ;p

The support states that report should be sent from report button from the user page tho?
I'm filling the support nevertheless now~ Thanks for the encouragement!

You can find his user page at http://www.steamgifts.com/user/[his Steamtrades user ID], if that helps.

The forum is not the place for this. Send a message to the SG mods.

Sorry if this is misplaced, I don't really know whether I should send the support or not-- if this is not accepted, I'm sorry and please kindly delete this thread. :)

Calling out others isn't allowed here, only thing you can do is send it to support.

lol the only rep he got was from me, since he accuse me of "not finishing the trade yet leaving hate note", I deleted my rep to retaliate with a more precise counter which prove his scam, somehow it left him with that many -rep xD

He said he feels more Russian than Pole. He's fucking lying. Poles never liked Russians and they would never consider themselves Russian.

Unfortunately no, honestly I wasn't really know about paypal's terms and agreement and it seems he managed to convince me that the deal is "secured", but in the end I cannot chargeback since I didn't choose the payment as for product or service. :|

I appreciate your consolation there :) Thankfully that was a deal in which I was prepared to lose. The only thing that made me sad is about how low a person could be... Having a scam through his main account which had some valuable games... Ah well, it seems I was overly positive there :)

this dude was spotted miles away with his 10$ PP for a 40$ game, but nvm somebody had to be scammed once...next time, just ask the vendor to use a trustful middleman found in steamrep.com, the scammers will always refuse ;)

Yeah, can't say I didn't see that coming ^^;
However I haven't tried using a middleman yet, how do you request someone as a middleman? And would it be appropriate if I don't give him commission? XD
I was quite hesitated since I don't really fond of asking someone for assistance without providing some rewards xD

just go to steamrep.com, then "middleman service", normally people are doing this for free. just add them in steam and ask them to control the trade
