So I made my first giveaway..and the winner has opened his gift, as you can tell through Steam..and he hasn't given me feedback. It's almost been 2 days. This guy doesn't speak english, and I don't really know how to tell him to say he received the gift..

After seven days, I believe you can contact support and ask them to mark it as received manually.
