Got blacklisted - can people who blacklist me still enter my GAs?

Just got blacklisted twice for whatever reason, yesterday and today. Now I'm just wondering if people who blacklist me can still enter my giveaways?

Yes. Unless you blacklist them back, they can. However, there is no way to figure out who has blacklisted you, except for randomly finding them.

Damn, that sucks, but yeah I won't randomly blacklist users in hopes of blacklisting the two who blacklisted me though. :D Thanks for answering though..

Yes, they can still enter your GAs even after blacklisting you.

i tested it on a giveaway and i could enter after blacklisting the creator
