The chart for T2 has an error. "Go! Go! Nippon! Complete Collection" listed in the bundle comes as 2 separate keys:

If you're asking about the CV: in theory, considering the bundle retail value, these should not be marked as partial CV givers (apart from those that have already been bundled before). In practice, pretty much every bundle apart from the HB Monthly ends up being on the list of partial CV. It is possible though that SG decides that only T1 gets partial CV and T2 + T3 remain unbundled.
If you're asking about what can create giveaways for (regardless of the CV): the only thing that will not be in the available list is Go Go Nippon 2015 Deluxe Edition since that doesn't have a corresponding store page. You can give it away as Go! Go! Nippon! ~My First Trip to Japan~ instead, since it contains this game plus a DLC.
Edit: I checked the titles again, I see that T1 + T2 are partial CV now and T3 full CV. I updated my initial post with the recalculated CV.

For my part, it simply practicality. I know I want it for tier 3. I know I'll see lot of them on SG. I'll might enter a giveaway for one of those or even win it, forgetting that particular game was in the bundle, then buy the bundle and have a duplicate... I find it simpler to buy, redeem on steam and synchronise immediately, so I'll enter the giveaway that I want. Maybe not the best reason, but it's definetively not to increase the BTA ;)

Sadly, i've never tried steam version (maybe if i buy the bundle i trying this game), if i remember i played once and got crashed when playinh this game on pc version, don't know why the cause but then the game running well after i reinstall once. I got no problem when playing on vita and ps3 version.

It activates a package with the base game and the 2015 DLC. There shouldn't be any problem if you own the base game, though you will waste the earlier license you brought for the base game.

You're calling the Yogcast bundle overpriced but I think you are misunderstanding what the Yogcast bundle is actually about. The $35 is a donation that goes completely to charity and everything that is in the bundle was donated by publishers/devs for free to show support to raise the money for charity.
As far as value goes though you are definitely getting way more than $35 worth of games and DLC.

Like I mentioned already I don't think you're understanding what it's about. The whole thing is about charity. You labeled it overpriced when the games and DLC are bonus for your donation. It's not.. hey I'm buying this awesome bundle and oh the money just happens to go to a charity lol.
If you buy tons of bundles, trade constantly, jump on every time a game is put up for free, than the Yogcast bundle for charity probably isn't something you wanted to invest in if it was just about getting a bundle. You probably should just go invest in normal type of bundles if that were the case instead of a charity event.
On a side note I think it is kool that people did donate the $35 and even more awesome that so many people donated way over that as well. Those are some really good causes the money is going to and great that the devs/pubishers came together with the Yogs to do this event.

You have a different view than I do of HB concerning this event and that's fine. As far charities go, you can pick and choose what charities the money goes to. So if you don't support and believe in specific charities. then you don't donate to them, you pick the ones you want to donate to.
As far as DLC goes they should mention that there is DLC included. That's definitely something that should be the description. I didn't see any specific number of anything though so I'm guessing it was mentioned somewhere else?

I hope at least you know that giving to charities like that isn't giving a salary for them, but supporting the the ones who need help in some way. Similarly how supporting an organization that helps women abused by their husbands should not be labeled as giving money to half-wits who can't make a simple choice of not marrying abusive assholes. It's not mandatory to support any cause at all, but if you have no idea how it works, at least don't talk in a derigatory way about it because it reflects about you, and not exactly in a good way. Not caring is still better than spreading an uninformed mess.
On the other note, I agree with you about the bundle, it turned out exactly as I expected. Free to play games where giving expansions still attract more people, DLCs where people still need to buy the game to get anything out of it - so many fillers where the "generous developers" give something that's locked behind spending more money, while inflating the MSRP value of the bundle. The devs giving their actual games in for free - they are the ones who deserve to be praised, because they give the content upfront for the users/players, and who only get money through the bundle if the players decide to buy extra DLC or another game of theirs.
Charity is nice, but a 20$ bundle with less DLC bullshit (and maybe just a few more, 1$ tier okay-good full games) would paint such a better pictureof the bundle, at least for me. Along with maybe HB also giving money, even just a percentage of what the people spend, not just enjoying the tax break. But Yogscast bundles always were like this, 70% advertisement-content in a charity bundle and that's something that really irks me. Christmas close, charity bundle, and while doing the organization, HB and Yogscast are such a heroes through the buyers money.
