actually the 9.99 is the skyrim collection, it appears to be exactly the same as LE though its a different page and the le page is still listing the download for 29.99 :)

I'm from Singapore but I bought dishonored for 3 pounds from gamefly, it's not impossible but you can still buy things off gamefly even if you don't live in UK (coz the games are world wide, they just have to be asshole enough to make the store uk-only while the games are world wide)
