Missed the humble bundles so i only have few tables.
My biggest score is 119milion on darth vader table.

I own:
All except Women of Power, Bethesda, AvP, Super League (for the real clubs, I have the Zen Team)
Favourite (or rather favourites):
Sorcerer's Lair, Epic Quest, Iron Man, Blade, Plants & Zombies, Ms. Splosion Man
Least liked:
Earth Defense, V12
I haven't played in quite a while. The last bout of playing started after gamecreature made a similar thread several months ago.
You (or other players in this thread) can fell free to add me in Steam. This should push me to play again a bit hopefully :)

As mentioned before, I'm a fan of the Captain America table. Sent a friend request.

Just a heads up, the Aliens vs. pinball set of three tables just went on sale for 50% off.

Anyone played those tables? Are they any good?
By the way - I've got 27 tables, feel free to add me, my high scores are somewhere between below average and pathetic (depends on the table) My favourite tables are: Tesla, Earth Defence, The Walking Dead and Sorcerer's Lair.

Let us know what you think. The Aliens table looks interesting.
Comment has been collapsed.
First feeling after playing each table 2-3 times (without reading the instructions first):
Aliens and AvP are both OK, Aliens Isolation is below that.
If I rate those tables relative to all other tables (100% being best table, 0% being worst), I'd put the first two around 70% and A.Iso. at <40%.
Just remember that this is highly subjective.

Keep an eye out for the summer sale, usually some good discounts then.

I own a lot of tables but I can not say I have an absolute favorite. I would say I like the Marvel themed and Star Wars themed tables more than the others. If I remember correctly the first time I scored over 100 million points it was on the Darth Vader table.
My least liked table is the V8 table.
I play with a keyboard, never tried it with a controller.
Feel free to add me on steam if you want to have another player to compare your scores with.

Added!
I think you mean V12? That is my least favorite table as well. It's just impossible to score any significant points, and (more importantly) it's not very fun.
I used to play with the keyboard, but once I tried the controller I loved it, and have never gone back to the keyboard. I think using the triggers on the controller makes it feel a little more like real pinball to me.

Do you play still and are looking to be added or just chatting about the game?

Not sure if everyone is aware, but within the Steam group we have a tournament going on, for the Sorcerer's Lair table. Come check out the group and play some pinball!

Not sure if everyone knows this, but there is an in-game manual for each table detailing the mechanics of each one. It can only be accessed by starting a game on a table and then going to the pause menu. I'm not sure why they aren't accessible via the main menu as well.
Comment has been collapsed.
+1 it definitely helps to know how the table works to get better scores. They definitely need to add that to the main menu.

Depends on what you like. I just grabbed three of the Marvel ones for a total of 12 tables.

Interesting. I still wish they'd make an effort to improve the overlays so we could have an easier time figuring out the table goals.

Hi.
Love Pinball FX2. It's the game I always have installed just for relaxation between other games playthroughs.
I have a lot of tables, except the most recent ones. Going to get Portal and Ant-Man this sale.
As for a favourite one, I don't think I have just one. I like the Marvel themed ones, also Plants vs Zombies and Ms Splosion Man. I tend to dislike more the ones where it is harder to get scores on the few millions order.
Comment has been collapsed.
I have both. I think I like Portal more than Antman. I bought the Avengers pack and I must say the Infinity Gauntlet table has piqued my interest.

FX2 is great. Also enjoying the VR version, although it's a shame about the limited number of tables available.
Hopefully FX3 eventually has VR support, even if it's a paid for add-on.

Pinball FX3 will feature multiplatform cross-play support. This means that those with the PS4 and Steam versions of the game will be able to play together. Likewise, the Xbox One, Steam, and Windows 10 versions will all be compatible as well.
And about free tables
Zen noted that a vast majority of the 65-plus tables from last generation's Pinball FX2 and Zen Pinball 2 will be transferable to this contemporary successor for free, but there will be some exceptions. "Some of our licensed content will not be able to come to Pinball FX3 due to business related challenges," the studio said.
Given how many tables will transfer, it's easier to just list the ones that won't make the cut. These include:
South Park Pinball 2 Table Pack
Street Fighter Pinball
Ninja Gaiden Pinball
Plants vs. Zombies Pinball
Ms. Splosion Man Pinball

Thanks for the info. So 3 tables on Steam won't be going to FX2, Plants vs Zombies, Ms. Splosion Man, and South Park. That's really too bad. I'm very curious if Fantastic Four might be added to the list and it just hasn't been mentioned yet.
Comment has been collapsed.
You might want to grab the Fantastic Four table ASAP. When Zen renews their license with Marvel I'm pretty sure it will be removed for sale. When Gazillion renewed their license with Marvel for Marvel Heroes Omega they had to remove from purchase all the Fantastic Four and Silver Surfer characters along with all Future Foundation costumes on all characters. People could keep them if they bought them already but they aren't sold anymore.

If you play a lot should apply to the SG exclusive group located at the bottom of the OP.

yeap, i saw info about group 👀
Also Pinball FX3 World Premiere was 17 hours ago, so maybe game release will be in next few days/weeks?

I found info about imports from FX2.
Some of the tables are now "bundled" in FX3 DLCs.
If I already have all FX2 tables from new FX3 DLC I can see this new DLC on my account.
Question : what about "partial ownership" of tables from new DLC??
I already got FX2 Captain America Table and FX2 Doctor Strange Table.
I'll have those tables in FX3 or they are gone from FX3?
If I buy now FX2 Fantastic Four Table do I get FX3 Marvel Pinball: Marvel Legends Pack (DLC) (Captain America, Fantastic Four, Doctor Strange) for free?
Comment has been collapsed.
If you only own part of the bundle on the FX3 page you probably want to buy what you don't have from the FX2 page.
All tables are coming to FX3 except the 2 South Park tables, Ms. Splosion Man and Plants vs Zombies.
If you buy off the FX2 page you can get the Fantastic Four table by itself for a few bucks. If you want to buy off the FX3 page you buy it in the Marvel Legends pack for $10 which includes the Fantastic Four, Dr. Strange and Captain America tables.

I hope Humble does another Zen Studios bundle. Sadly, I wasn't around for the first two.

For those, who missed the mentioned Humble bundles, one hint: Tremorgames still has leftovers in stock. e.g. Doctor Strange, Mars or Captain America for 195 points. Yeah I know, it's Tremorgames, but, depending on your country those points can easily earnt by clicking through a few video ads (here in Germany I can easily make like 300-400 points a day just clicking through videos for 15 minutes a day or so...). Maybe some folks may find that information helpful? That's assuming you still can import FX2 tables into FX3?
Comment has been collapsed.
Good info, thanks for posting. And yes almost all of the FX2 DLC carries over to FX3. Plants vs Zombies, both of the South Park tables and Ms. Splosion Man aren't going to FX3 currently due to license issues.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah I know about the tables generally carrying over and those exceptions. What I was wondering, do they still carry over or is the conversion done? I mean, FX2 has been removed from the Steam Store, so everyone should basically either have their tables converted by now, or shouldn't be able to get any more new FX2 tables. Unless from old bundle leftovers.
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm not sure if there's still an issue with some of the tables or not. I know there's still an issue with some DLC showing on the store page that people own though.

The devs are working to fix any errors or performance issues. I believe they did a hotfix to help what you might be going through, did it help at all?
Comment has been collapsed.
Hope it works better for you :)
I have a pretty crappy card for today's standard an HD6670, it's the DD3 version too and I can run it and get good frame rates with like a couple things turned off. There are some points where hitching was happening as reported by others but that was addressed in the hotfix. It was due to some of the popup notifications like XP bonus etc. For those who don't know what hitching is.. it's sort of like a very short freeze, stutter or disruption that happens.

FX2 runs buttery smooth for me so hopefully it's like you said just some small tweaks they need to work out of FX3 :)
Also my other first impression of FX3 was that I didn't like the camera angle. But again I only played for a few minutes to try it out and haven't given it a proper sit-down yet. :P

Here's the update they posted 3 days ago in case you have seen it.
"Heyo,
submitted a new update, here are what should be fixed now:
Responses to your questions are on their way, we're working our way through the (thankfully) big load of communication and feedback.
Thank you, everyone, for reporting issues and problems, as always they help us greatly."

I'm very much enjoying the League play! I just hate that it gives a points buff for people who have shelled out to buy the tables.
Comment has been collapsed.
You most probably can, just keep playing.
The problem is, you can play only on 4 tables that they choose (weekly) so, if you have few tables, you're bounded to live in the lower ranks.
@everyone: if there's a way to play any other table other than those 4, please, tell me! because I haven't found a way to do it :\
