I'll bump for bear game. Yes. Hm. Buy some fine pork meat, sliced in pieces, fry it a little with sliced onion. In another pot make some (0,5l) vegetable bullion and throw that meat with onion into it. Add some sliced carrots and maybe green peas. Add some salt and pepper, two spoons of sweet paprika, one spoon of spicy one and you're set. Boil for some time to evaporate most of the water and add to rice. Yes.

1 bouillon cube volaille,1 patate en ,1 choux fleur, quelques feuilles d'origan, le poids en gramme de tout ça en eau. Couper en morceaux pour faciliter la cuisson, faire cuire le tout, mixer, (+un peu de crème fraîche et de beurre ?), manger/boire le velouté.
