Reading your questions. Yes it is legit. You can use paysafecards, though there is a small extra fee if you choose to use paysafes. (Atleast i do.)

Bought a few games there, they are completely legit. I don't buy from them anymore though because I rather buy from authorized key sellers like GMG,Gamersgate etc.

It has a lot of keys that you have to activate with VPN. Never buy any of those; they are separated from others and always have the RU or VPN tag. Activating with VPN is always a bad idea and you risk your account/the game by doing that. There haven't been any recent mass removals though.

Kinguin is reliable, but again, VPN keys are sketchy, and use at your own risk.

But how can I find out if the VPN? A picture would be perfect.
