Nope, Dungeon Siege is not included here. All games are listed in the second requirement.
In fact, there were 2 different Square Enix Hit Collections. The first was released March 21, 2012 (subid's 13870-13872) and had the Dungeon Siege franchise and the Kane and Lynch franchise and Lara Croft: Guardian of Light. The second was released December 27, 2012 (subid's 18676-18680) and had Sleeping Dogs and this is the one I'm giving away. AFAIK the regional versions have no restrictions or differences from each other.
