I'm sorry if this is explained somewhere but, i've searched and didnt find anything,

How long do we've to wait for the user to accept the giveaway, until we request a new winner? 1 week?

btw: if you gave away a key and you've already sent the key via mail, it's highly unlikely that support will approve your re-roll request.
