Your longest gaming streak?

Once did a 35-40 streak in FFXI, then had nosebleeds and decided it was time to sleep. Also did 30ish hours in both the releases of WotLK and Cataclysm trying to get server first to hit the cap (came in third on WotLK, second on Cata)

Can't game for too long, or I'll just feel fat in my chair :(

~44 hrs, Medieval II Total War Grand Campaign (As Venice).

Each of the following computer games has, at one time or another, kept me at the screen for about 40 hours: Civilization, Civilization 2, Master of Orion 2, Wing Commander.

If you include events where multiple table-top games were played, then role-playing conventions have kept me up for about 60 hours playing tabletop D&D (2.0, 3.0, 3.5), Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer Quest, Shadowrun (3rd), Magic the Gathering (prior to Mirage), Illuminati New World Order, etc.

When I was younger I remember I got Pokemon FireRed and played that with a friend for like 12 hours. probably first time I pulled an "all-nighter." Pokemon still has that effect on me, I just got back into playing Black and probably played it for 3-4 hours yesterday.
More recently, there are 2 ones. With 2 friends we played Castle Crashers co-op all the way through, which took like 7-ish hours. And then I went to the Skyrim midnight launch and alternating between some other friend's games, it was probably about 10 hours in total.

Like 36 hours on FFXII xd.
