eerie game settings

does anyone know any games ( for a reasonable price, preferably on mac steam ) that have kind of an eerie/asylum nature setting. Like one of those games that take place in an abandon asylum with plants and weeds growing into the building?

I've never played it but Outlast seems like it'd fit this ticket.

F.E.A.R. Franchise, especially the first one. second is "meh" and third is "ugh".
It doesn't have much plants growing, but definitely an amazing creepy desolated and abandoned atmosphere.
