I don't think so. Both me and my housemate has been using SteamGifts (different accounts, of course) for a couple of years using the same wifi and haven't had any problem since.

Send support a ticket explaining the situation then they should give an okay.

Probably based on a thing called honesty. If those alts wins are all going to 1 person it can easily be told.
There are many legit situations like family when 2 people or more in the same household have an account.

well if they are all link their accounts the support will see 5 users with 5 steam profiles that have a good ammount of games and if they see they have in common some single player games that will defo prove they are all different users i dont think that somone would go in lengh bying a bunch of games 2-3 times and randomly activate them in different accounts just so he can have 4 more chances to win

You are in the building?
Who else is there? ;)
Who are gonna use the accounts, for me it's not that much of info to hear you are using a router & 3 devices?
Will you just try to make the accounts from different ip's or what do you mean by that? :)

Believe me, most of the times it is really obvious if an account is some alt/smurf of someone or not. Most of those people don't care to maks it (or not smart enough to know how to).
