Won a giveaway but creator is not responding

I won it 5 days ago. I understand I technically have to give him 7 days to send me the gift, but the giveaway had 2 copies and the first winner already marked his as received. I sent a friend request to the creator to clear things, but he rejected me. any other way to contact him? or just mark it as not received in 2 days and move along?

You can check your spam folder and mark as not received after the 7 days. Maybe he/she will contact you later.

whenever I look for emails I also check my spam folder, believe me.

All I can say is that I've been contacting the winner of one on my GA's for five days - just asking for a response to my email so I'm sure it is not going into their Spam folder. I also sent them a friend request on Steam - they have been on but haven't accepted my friend request.

Just saying that this goes both ways - and it's kind of crappy for both you and me regardless of being a gifter or giftee. :-(

Anyway, I hope you get it sorted out soon.
