I'm pretty sure SG support will answer when they are online, so usually within a day (oh well, maybe I was lucky :D).

Lol, no. Just no.

You were really lucky then. If you would create user reports and stuff more often, you will see it can sometimes take up to ages. Also, seems to be somewhat random. As a more recently created ticket about a similar issue might be handled before an older one gets handled.

two weeks is a bit long for SG-support to reply..best way is to bump your ticket once...longest time i waited for reply was one week.
Edit: Haha, i see there is a ticket, that wasnt answered 3 weeks for now.^^

3 weeks? That is not that long. A couple of weeks ago I had a few ones that reached over a month. :P

But I think it also depends what it is for, rerolls tend to be the fastest. Although I am currently at a week for a support ticket about a reroll.

My ticket was replied in a few hours... Only, the problem isn't resolved, so my ticket is there, waiting... For two months so far. No Steamtrades trading for me for a while I guess. :P

Times taken are not usually the same.

A support ticket of mine took about a month to be answered, the other one took a day, one took a few hours, one took a few days, and so on.

They have a line of support tickets starting with most important (reroll requests) ending with least important ("user x said I'm stooped" and "unban me plzzzzaz"). Reply time depends on how far in the line is your ticket.
