on steam sale was 4,99 $ http://steamsales.rhekua.com/search.php?term=hitman+absolution so normal price.You could get ever cheaper from russian traders since they got hitman absolution -45.94% better price always so in sale it cost about 2,5 $ for copy.

Kinguin gathers all of the sellers, authorized and unauthorized, onto one page. If it's cheap it's probably from AMD rewards cards or somewhere that isn't from Square Enix/official-direct.
