Bundle keys as private or group giveaway

I know it's against the rules to give away a key from a bundle, but is this rule interpreted for public giveaways only? Am I allowed to create a giveaway from a bundle key for a group? How about private?

When anyone report your giveaway it will be deleted...even when it is for a group or private...
