[ot-help] dead island

The DLC is not available. They stopped selling it and the the original game when they released the Definitive Edittion.

As Gothemasticator says, the original were removed from stores soon after the release of the remaster version.
Dead Island DLC like Bloodbath and Ryder White are included into the Dead Island Remaster and the Ripper mod are inluded into the remaster version. Riptide DLC was cosmetic stuff mostly, but im sure are also included into the Riptide Remaster.

My advice, if you enjoy the originals go for the remaster versions (specially if they are 75% off ;D )

For future reference, SteamDB is a great website that lists all games/dlc's available on Steam. :) The DLC's for this game can be found too there, however there are no store pages for it.. so a sign that they aren't available indeed (or you must find an old key/Steam gift for it somewhere).
