Why people would want to go through this crap to trade is beyond me. How traders keep finding me and adding me as a friend when I have no friends or groups incommon with them also confuses me.
Also this guy is a native English speaker? I hate this Earth.

I'm sure this's been said already but... Skyrim for the Jedi Knight Collection O_o?

Strangely enough though I hear about a lot of people who can't afford Skyrim. Yet it's normally priced - 50 euros and 60 USD I believe. Are we Skyrim players that exclusive?

I'm glad that the few trade sessions I've done have gone quite well because it's between friends so I don't have to worry about them scamming me.

Anyway, I feel kinda bad for that guy. He was trying hard to scam you. I wouldn't even have told him that nice to back off.

FYI, non-tradeable copies of things often become tradeable later. If someone alleges 'ey possess a non-tradeable instance of a game, ask 'em why it's not tradeable.

I had one situation where someone gifted me a non-tradeable instance of a game. They gave it to me first so I then sent them the items I promised in my trade. The reason the game was non-tradeable was because it was won in the 2011 winter holiday sale by an account that was newly created--which was consistent with this person's story that 'eir nephew had recently made the account and 'ey had it gifted to 'emself because 'ey didn't know whether it was kid friendly. (Whether it was a nephew's account, or just 'eir own alt, I will never know, but the goods were at least genuine. Frankly speaking, I kinda doubt the nephew story.)

This inventory item's description actually said that it would become tradable after a certain date. If someone says their instance is untradeable, ask them when it will become tradeable, and only make the trade then.

If you can't wait, you should instead be re-examining your priorities.
