No problem dude, that sale was a fake sale, in summer sale is 80% or disscount or more. In weekend sale was only 50%. The hype make lot of people waste money.

You didn't really miss much. The fallout games have been on sale for 75% off multiple times, so I wouldn't really consider buying them at 40% off in the first place.

For future reference, Steamdb.info keeps track of steam sales and isthereanydeal.com/#/ keeps track of sales in general. You can also sub to /r/GameDeals/ which tracks bundles as well. You shall never pay full price again, my friend :D.

I'm not saying that you can't have a successful purchase, just that you have no assurances that things will work out. Remember, the site is a platform and middleman. They will do their best to help (if you pay extra that is) but there is zero guarantee that the seller will comply since they don't have to.

Are you referring to the Fallout Sale on Steam? There is not reason to regret, they were only 40% off and they've been up to like 66-75% before, 40% for such old games is Bethesda/ Zenimax's way of robbing customers.
